Agrimarketing : June 2008
2008 Agri-Marketing Conference Biggest in a Decade! NAMA Conference attendance reached a historic high in Kansas City, Missouri, this year. More than 1,060 agri-marketing professionals came to hear world-renowned speakers, connect with colleagues and recharge for the year ahead. The conference saw several outstanding leaders awarded for their achievements in the industry, and the cream of the crop in agri-marketing gained recognition at the Best of NAMA ceremony. “This is the largest attendance we’ve had at a conference in a decade,” shared Jenny Pickett, NAMA Execu- tive Vice President/CEO. “We’d like to thank the committees, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees who made this our best year ever.” A full conference wrap-up can be found on www.nama.org along with plenty of great photos from the outings and social events held in conjunction with the event. If you just can’t wait for your next opportunity to network and learn from even more leading-edge speakers, never fear. NAMA Boot Camp is just around the corner, August 12-14. Save the date and make plans to join us in Kansas City for another couple of days of learning and camaraderie!
