In her current position she sees our industry challenged by time constraints. "As agri-marketers, our challenge is to develop truly effective ways to communicate with our customers and make it easy for them to do business with us," she says. She adds while technology allows us to work faster and more efficiently, we still must demonstrate personal service and commitment to our customers whether we serve the producers, retailers or other agribusinesses. "At Successful Farming, we have a commitment to help connect our Agri- marketing customers with their best customers. We have integrated our sales team with our marketing and research departments to offer the best information to our customers," she says. "We provide solutions based opportunities to agri- marketers to help them reach their customers in a more intimate way, and to help them see immediate results by building lasting relationships with their customers." Rieker has been a NAMA Member seven years. "I consider myself a "life long learner" and appreciate the opportunities that NAMA provides to get involved," she says. Riker lives in Clive, Iowa with husband Mike and children, Grant (5) and Meredith (2). Her hobbies include golfing and gardening.
