MEDIA NEWS Learfield Communications acquires Minnesota and Michigan News and Ag Radio Networks from Saga Communications. The networks will continue to operate and distribute their current program schedules. Announcers and reporters are now employees of Learfield. As part of the acquisition, Learfield will also manage radio network distribution on behalf of several sports teams throughout MI and MN. Penton acquires iNET Interactive, an event and digital information company focusing on the Cloud, Hosting and Data Center segments of the technology sector.
